1: Roast Topside of Beef with Yorkshire Pudding
2: Roast Ham with a peach and apricot sauce
3: ½ Roast Chicken with trimmings
4: Poached Salmon with Prawn Sauce
5: Vegetarian dish of the day
All served with potatoes and seasonal vegetables.
